The former all-star has developed significantly since joining the Utah Jazz in 2022 and is now the main player for the team. During the 2022–2023 regular season, he fished with a career-high 25.6 points per game and 8.6 rebounds per game. With 23.2 PPG and 8.2 RPG at the end of the previous season, the Finnish star demonstrated that his increased output is here to stay. In the past two seasons, he has improved his free throw shooting to about 40%, making him one of the NBA’s greatest shooters. Entering the last year of his current contract, the forward brings home little more than $18 million.

The NBA Draft now takes place over two nights.
The Sacramento Kings will select their player in the 13th round of the 2024 NBA Draft on Wednesday, June 26th, opening night of the draft. On Thursday, June 27th, the Kings will select with their 45th overall pick in the second round of the draft.
Since 2022, when it selected Iowa product Keegan Murray with the fourth overall pick, Sacramento has not had a first-round pick.
