Breaking: Los Angeles Rams Strike Quickly To Sign $67 Millon WR….
Rob Havenstein, an offensive tackle for the Los Angeles Rams, is about to enter his tenth season in the NFL, and he is aware that the way he and many other players handle themselves now days differs from how they did in the past.
For Havenstein, who is in his 30s, eating habits play a major role in maintaining physical fitness.
According to ESPN’s Sarah Bishop, Havenstein stated, “What I’ve learned is that food and the way you fuel your body is probably the No. 1 [way], other than ice tubs and actual recovery stuff.”
“You just realize you want to do everything you can to play as long as you can,” Havenstein stated. Things suddenly don’t roll over as easily when you’re young because you have a small amount of the never-going-to-die mentality. You’re thus making every effort to ensure that you’re in line with recovering and turning your body over.”
Havenstein is hardly alone in giving his nutrition first priority. A significant portion of the longevity enjoyed by numerous NFL greats can be attributed to their diet. Tom Brady, the quarterback who would one day be inducted into the Hall of Fame, was able to play at a high level until he was 45 thanks to his stringent diet, which became known as the “TB12 method.”
