When the playoffs roll around, though, they will face some fierce competition, and both front offices are anticipated to be busy before the MLB trade deadline on July 30.

While every team could benefit from upgrades in a few different areas, the starting rotation is where the Orioles and Dodgers most urgently need work. Naturally, the two franchises have been connected to a number of starters who may be available in the coming weeks, including Garrett Crochet of the Chicago White Sox.
