The PUP list placements of Bradley Chubb and Jaelan Phillips come as no surprise. While Phillips is healing from a ruptured Achilles he suffered back in November, Chubb is rehabilitating from an ACL tear he suffered on December 31st. Another player who will begin the season on the PUP list is Isaiah Wynn, who is recuperating from an injury that ended his season.
