Harrison Butker, the kicker for the Chiefs, who won the Super Bowl with a game-winning field goal two years ago, has agreed to a four-year contract extension, making him the highest-paid kicker in the National Football League.

“There’s no place I’d rather be than with the Chiefs, excited to finalize a 4 year extension,” Butker said when he broke the news on X. Up to the Heights!

According to ESPN, Butker’s contract is worth $25.6 million, of which $17.75 million is guaranteed.

However, Butker has made 89.1% of his field goals (197 out of 221) in his seven seasons with the Chiefs. From more beyond 50 yards, he has made 70% of his tries (28 out of 40).

Butker has been extremely consistent in the postseason, nailing 32 out of 36 field goals (88.9%) and 62 out of 65 extra point attempts (95.4%).
