The Big East player of the year, Devin Carter, announced to ESPN that he will be entering the 2024 NBA draft and that his college career is done.

“I will be forgoing my senior year at Providence,” Carter stated.

Carter had a fantastic season for Providence, leading the Big East in scoring and was third in the conference in rebounds. Carter is ranked No. 17 among NBA draft prospects in the ESPN 100. On the Associated Press All-America team, he was nominated for honorable mention.
