John Calipari wants the Razorbacks from Arkansas to have a big mindset.

Naturally, the Hall of Fame coach is accustomed to high standards and ambitious ideas from his time at Kentucky. Since joining the Razorbacks in April, Calipari has essentially built an entirely new roster, with the exception of forward Trevon Brazile, who is back after trying out for the NBA.
