When Jalen Wilson was a Jayhawk, he was a favorite player of many KU Hoops fans in Lawrence. In addition to leading Kansas in PPG (20.1) and RPG (8.3) in the 2022–2023 campaign, he also played a significant role in the 2021–2022 winning squad.
Jalen Wilson was selected by the Brooklyn Nets with the 51st overall pick after finishing his senior year at Kansas. Last season, he made 43 appearances for them, including three starts. Eventually, the team extended his two-way contract by three years. He’s now making an impression in the 2024 Las Vegas Summer League, as he led Brooklyn to a thrilling 97-95 victory in their opening encounter.
