Report: Texas man bid emotional farewell to Longhorn

Texas commentators offer the Longhorn Network a tearful farewell.
“It’s been an honor, my friend.”
The Texas Longhorns baseball team finished the regular season with a 35-20 record after defeating the Kansas Jayhawks 9-7 on Saturday.

It was also the last event that the Longhorn Network would ever telecast.
Due to the SEC’s media rights agreement and the already-existing SEC Network, the Longhorn Network will cease to exist as Texas approaches its July 1 switch from the Big 12 to the SEC.

After Saturday’s game, Texas baseball broadcasters Greg Swindell and Keith Moreland, who were both Longhorns in the past, took some time to thank their staff, share some memories, and say goodbye to the Longhorn Network.

“All right, everyone. We would like to discuss a great deal of topics. I would like to thank my partner first and foremost. To start off his postgame remarks, Moreland remarked, “It’s been an incredible run, and we’ve had a great time doing this.” Every member of the team. Everyone is so kind. They go above and above to ensure that we are relaxed and prepared for work. It’s been a privilege, my friend.

Swindell addressed Moreland, saying, “I personally want to thank you,” but he became tearful and needed a few moments to gather himself. After eight years of dating, I know a lot about the game. You are a delight, a companion, and a source of joy. I adore you,” he went on.

The pair then expressed gratitude
