Report-Giants Make A Bold Step To Sign Rams MVP In A Blockbuster Trade

With their present quarterback predicament, the New York Giants are obviously not going to go very far, which may necessitate taking some harsh measures. During the 2024 NFL Draft, the Giants reportedly expressed interest in trading up for quarterback Drake Maye; however, this clearly did not transpire. Thus, the Giants appeared happy to stick with Daniel Jones and Drew Lock rather than selecting a different quarterback who ultimately went in the first round.

That’s a losing scenario, people. Though there are definitely some excellent players on both sides of the ball, the Giants roster is still rather awful overall. Their new defensive tandem is deadly, and Andrew Thomas is an excellent left tackle.

Apart from that, there’s not much more to be impressed with. The starting quarterback is the most crucial position in the NFL, and if a club does not have an outstanding quarterback, they will soon be unable to compete successfully. We are referring to a truly exceptional passer, not merely a very excellent or outstanding quarterback.

The New York Giants need to make a major overhaul at quarterback in the upcoming summer if they hope to eventually reclaim some ground in the NFC East. They don’t even have a “good” quarterback on the roster. They can financially move on from Daniel Jones, which is fortunate for them, and I assume it will be one of their first actions.
