With a packed schedule, Rick Cordwell threw a 16.72-meter hammer, bounded a 7.84-meter shot, and finished second in the long jump. In the 100m, Luke Ashworth ran 12.5 seconds, while Lucas James finished third in 11.9 seconds. In the 200m, they then followed with times of 24.7 and 26.6, respectively.
