Report-Alabama Closing Secret Deal To Sign Bulldogs MVP In A Blockbuster Trade
Kalen DeBoer and the Crimson Tide will start fall camp on Wednesday, UA officially announced Monday. It’s exactly one month before Alabama kicks off the season against Western Kentucky. That game will be held at Bryant-Denny Stadium where a permanent coach not named Nick Saban will lead the Crimson Tide for the first time since he took over in 2007.
Alabama will be switching to a morning practice team under DeBoer after the Crimson Tide practiced in the afternoon under Saban. “I actually like it,” Malachi Moore said at SEC Media Days of the switch. “It’s given us the opportunity to get up in the morning, get our work in and have more time to get treatment and get any extra work in that you have.” Nick Kelly is an Alabama beat writer for AL.com and the Alabama Media Group.
