Breaking News: Neil Diamond Music Has Been Banned In Any USA Location Due To Haters….
The Boston-area Metallica fans had the time of their lives at the band’s concert at Gillette Stadium in Foxborough, Massachusetts on Sunday, August 4. During Metallica’s performance, guitarist Kirk Hammett and bassist Robert Trujillo kept themselves entertained with a playful rendition of Neil Diamond’s well-known sing-along song, “Sweet Caroline.”
About six songs into the show, Metallica played a version of “Screaming Suicide,” a song from their 2023 album 72 Seasons, before performing Diamond’s 1969 hit.
Frontman James Hetfield announced to the audience that Trujillo and Hammett were “gonna entertain you for a moment,” as shown in a fan-shot video. He continued, “Have fun.”
Then Trujillo declared, “Kirk and I prefer to have a jam at this point in the show. This song is incredibly heavy and frightening, so if you start moshing, careful not to hurt yourself. I’m shivering just thinking about how terrible this song is.
