Rams Video: Sean McVay Shows Off Incredible Memory With….

With the release of the schedule this past week, the NFL world officially turned the page and the Los Angeles Rams can now start planning for the 2024 campaign.

With the draft and free agency behind us, the schedule is officially public, allowing head coach Sean McVay and the squad to resume practicing ahead of their Week 1 matchup against the Detroit Lions.

The Rams aim to improve on their unexpected 10-7 season and postseason berth from the previous year, when they went 7-1 following their bye week. Following a productive offseason in which they added important players via the draft and free agency on both sides of the ball, McVay and his team appear prepared to return to the Super Bowl in 2024.

Nonetheless, teams came up with inventive content strategies to celebrate the schedule’s publication this past week. A quiz game featuring McVay was one of the videos that the Rams shared, and as usual, his amazing memory did not let him down:

For most clubs, the NFL’s voluntary offseason training regimen is getting more intense this week.

The Arizona Cardinals, Baltimore Ravens, Buffalo Bills, Carolina Panthers, Chicago Bears, Green Bay Packers, Houston Texans, Jacksonville Jaguars, Kansas City Chiefs, Las Vegas Raiders, Los Angeles Chargers, Los Angeles Rams, Miami Dolphins, Minnesota Vikings, New England Patriots, New York Giants, New York Jets, Philadelphia Eagles, San Francisco 49ers, Seattle Seahawks, and Tennessee Titans are among the 21 teams that will begin organized team activities (OTAs) on Monday.OTAs for the Washington Commanders and Atlanta Falcons got underway last week. On Tuesday, organized team activities get underway for the following NFL teams: Cleveland Browns, Dallas Cowboys, Denver Broncos, Detroit Lions, Indianapolis Colts, New Orleans Saints, Pittsburgh Steelers, and Tampa Bay Buccaneers. The final team is the Cincinnati Bengals.

For the most part, this week is the start of the NFL’s optional offseason training program.

The four-week Phase Three of the offseason program begins with OTAs. Clubs are allowed to hold structured team activities for ten days in a row. Teams are allowed to play 7-on-7, 9-on-7, and 11-on-11 drills, but live contact is not allowed. Things start to resemble actual practices during the offseason workout section of the schedule, as opposed to offseason workouts.

While most teams will at least be on the field together starting Monday, we’re still in the offseason phase where clubs are setting up programs and players are getting their feet wet. Aaron Rogers and other players can keep trying to get back. Caleb Williams, Jayden Daniels, Drake Maye, and Bo Nix, among other rookies, will take part in drills with more experienced players.
