The Denver Broncos announced on Saturday that Troy Franklin has inked a four-year contract.

Although the organization would not disclose the exact amount, KUSA’s Mike Klis reports that Franklin’s contract is valued at $4.875 million and includes a signing bonus of $854,836.

The wide receiver was signed by the Broncos as their final pick in the 2024 NFL Draft, however he was selected in the fourth round (at pick No. 102). During the previous two seasons at Oregon, Franklin, 21, was the preferred receiver of Broncos quarterback Bo Nix, the team’s first-round selection. Franklin finished the previous season with 81 receptions for 1,383 yards and 14 touchdowns. In terms of receptions, yards, and touchdowns, he set single-season marks for Oregon schools. With 25, he also broke the school record for most touchdowns received in a career.

The Broncos are hoping that Franklin and Nix’s connection will last.
