Quarterback Keelon Russell of Duncanville, Texas, a Top 100 prospect, recently committed to Alabama, and was named the Elite 11 Most Valuable Player by the event officials. It was a close contest between Russell and a few others, but in the end it was the 6-3, 175-pounder took home the gold.
