Report Sacramento Kings Complete Deal For Another Most Wanted NBA Star

Assistant coach for Arizona men’s basketball Riccardo Fois is leaving the team to work for the NBA.

At a team press conference on Saturday, Italian basketball coach Gianmarco Pozzecco revealed that Fois will be joining the Sacramento Kings coaching staff. Fois supports the Italian national team as an assistant.

After working for the Phoenix Suns organization for the previous two years, Fois joined Tommy Lloyd’s Arizona team in 2021. Prior to that, Fois served as Gonzaga’s director of analytics from 2014 to 2019. Fois started his coaching career at Pepperdine as a graduate assistant.

The native of Olbia, Italy, is well-known in the sport. He was recognized at Arizona for producing future professionals Azuolas Tubelis, Dalen Terry, Christian Koloko, and Benedict Mathurin.

Fois is Lloyd’s first full-time helper to quit in search of employment.
